I’ve noticed that I’ve become very tired in last few weeks. I’ve lost concentration and can’t manage with my daily activities. I really think that something has caused lack in energy. I sleep enough. Can it be symptom of hypothyroidism? What else can be cause for fatigue that I feel?

In my throat following thyroidectomy in July. It started about 2 weeks after surgery. It is literally driving me insane, as it is severe. It's a sensation I can't even describe..... it's a tightening sensation and it feels like I have something stuck in my throat that won't go down...
