Ovarian cysts and ability to get pregnant?

I am 24 and was diagnosed with multiple ovarian cysts on both ovaries yesterday. I can live with the pain i'm concerned about fertility. Has anyone had these and been pregnant? Had problems when trying to conceive ? Really anxious.
