Hi,
I was diagnosed with an Intradural Neurenteric Cyst at T1, this is described by my Neurosurgeon as a variant of Split Notochord Syndrome. I also have fused vertebra and a Syrinx all in the Cervical/Thoracic area of my spine.

I am trying to get some information on this syndrome.

Hi, Not sure if you are still active on this forum. I had recent surgery to remove two extrademullary neuroenteric cysts in my. thoracic spine T2/3. I also have multiple fused vertebrae T345 and a syrinx. Many similarities.

Yup still here. It sounds like we have the same problems. My lesion is @ T1 and is a 6mm Neurenteric Cyst. The Syrinx extends from C6 > T2......

Just curious about your symptoms. I assume you have not had surgery? I had two neuroenteric cysts - one at T2/3 compressing nerve and other at T4/5. One was removed whole ( I have a pic), the other was partially removed. I was in hospital for 9 weeks. I can walk again now but lost many sensations in lower limbs and have neurogenic bladder and bowel. Seems I need more surgery before Xmas too. I know Neuroenteric cysts in spine are very rare so I'm keen to hear of your experience. PS I'm in Australia
