i had my period at the beginning of the month, so i know it can't be my period trying to come. the past few days, i've had some sharp pains in my abdominal area. when i pee, i wipe, and there is discharge, with a slight trace of blood in it. i haven't had sex in, oh, eight months. i get my periods regularly. i'm not on any medications, or birth control. i have a bowel movement maybe go two or three times a week. my doctor seems unconcerned with this, because it is normal for me. could i have caused myself to get a hemmorhoid, and it is just traces of blood leaking from my anus when i wipe? 8-| this just started happening a few days ago. the pain started first, and the discharge/traces of blood only started happening within the last 24 hours. last month, i was sick (serious sinus infection) and on antibiotics for two weeks. could this be a change brought on by the antibiotics?
