I've been having lower abdomial pain that feels more like a stinging sensation for about 2 and a half months. I've gone to the ER multiple times for pain but the cause was said to be from vaginosis. I was given a vaginal cream which seemed to work almost immediatly after the first use. My most recent visit was a month ago for constipation and abdominal pain but all my test came back clean and I was given a laxative. I have also had a brown discharge after my last menstal cycle. Two weeks ago me and my partner had flu like symptoms which went away after about a week but he doesn't have any of my symptoms. Now it looks like my lower abdomen is starting to swell and my stool has been green foor the past 5 days and my anus is swollen and irritated. I've searched for a diagnosis online and the only things that seem close to my symptoms are intestinal infection, ovarian cancer, ovarian tumors, stomach ulsers or some type of gastrointestinal problem but mostly infection. I don't know what ALL these symptoms could be. I'm not sure if this could be serious if untreated. Can anyone help me find a diagnosis please?
