For a long period I have back pain. Problem occurred when the pain increased. It was mild before, but much stronger now. Maximum pain is at the end of the day,. Anyway I have decided to take Tylenol. It subdued the pain, but I am worried about the side effects of Acetaminophen (Tylenol side effects). Can you tell me anything about that?
