Hello! I am not too familiar with sound therapy, but my good friend uses this method to relief from stress. As I understood her, there are different types. There are special CDs for stimulating brain, hearing and children. So, this is all I know. I am not one of believers and maybe it would not be bad if you contact someone else about this.
