This is just normal effect of having a bowel movement after being constipated - the strain was too much for tiny blood vessels and that's where the blood came from. It's very very unlikely that this is caused by hemorrhoids or something like that, but it definitely would be the best to work in front and try to prevent constipation from occurring in the first place. That's all in diet that needs to be rich in fiber and child needs to drink enough of water, not only sodas or substitutes for water.
