Hi, so here's the story. I've been on the same birth control pill for 6-7 months and never had this problem before. A week before my period is supposed to come, i started getting brownish/blackish spotting. I haven't missed any pills and i've only been like 2-3 hours late taking them due to the fact that i came home late. i've been sexually active with my husband. Can i be pregnant?

Hi,
To all who thinks they cannot get pregnant if male partner does not ejaculate inside the vagina, wrong ladies. It is proven that some of the fluid used to lubricate the penis is rich in sperm. Many have made this mistake and have come (he he) to regret it. Careful, if you dont want pregnancy please use protection or like in old day's abstain from having any intercourse at all.

To Guest,
They are using protection. Birth control pills are proven to be over 99% effective at preventing pregnancy if used correctly.
To the ladies with the questions,
Spotting can happen before your period on birth control, and it's not all abnormal, but you should talk to your doctor. Odds are if you are taking your pills regularly and on time, you could just need a different dosage/ combination of hormones if the type of pill you're on doesn't work with your body.
Hope you ladies figured things out, take care.
