I have a problem. Me and my gf just tried to have sex but for some reason whenever I put the condom on I just can't keep it hard. I can watch porn fine and get a full hard on and when we are playing around and stuff i can feel it getting hard, but when we are actually about to do it i cannot keep it hard it gets all floppy and won't go in.
I'm only 17. this is the second time its happened to me (first time was with a different girl). i know it's not her, it's probably something wrong with me and i have no clue what it is.

Probably the mindset you get in when youre having sex. You should be turned on and excited for sex... maybe try some foreplay first.
