you can get pregnant if the condom comes off inside you, since the condom is no longer holding sperm inside it and it will have leaked into your uterus.


the condom will not dissolve, it needs to be removed by a doctor, otherwise you risk infection if menstrual blood/discharge cannot escape.

I just went to the gyno without even knowing there was a condom inside me! It had been 5 days since i lost the condom and had just assumed it was on the sheets, etc. I did not feel anything different, did not experience odor, no odd discharge and in fact 4 days after the experience I got my period and began using tampons! I could have had a very bad pelvic inflammation or worse if this had not been found and removed when I happened to see my gyno within this short time frame. She explained that this is a common occurance but I still was very freaked to even believe I could have had something there for 5 days without knowing!!! GO TO THE DOCTOR to ensure this is removed ASAP if you ever have any doubts!

This has all so happend to me, i had the condom logged for 2-weeks and didnt not no i started getting bad tummy pains and really bad bleeding i htoght it was a piroed so stared using pads but the bleding was to heavy so affter a few days i used tampons i inserted the tampon iand when i took it out there was a wired white plastic thing on the end of the bloddy tampon i started to panic as i thoght it was a park of my body and new that it shouldnt have been there but then relized what it was as im only 15 i was terrifed to go to the docters so i just delt with the bledding atffer a week it just stoped and now im fine i still dontno what damage it has caused but its my own fault hoppy fully it hasent affected my chanses having children ect,,
i just dont want this to happen to no one else as it is Horribe!
so i recament inserting tampons and seeing if u can pull the condm out but thats only nessersy if ur totally scared to go to the docters other wise please go get help ! befor it gets as bad as mine did

I had a condom stuck in me for A WEEK!

Today i was peeing, and when i wiped myself, the condom flew out...

I would say, get a check up JUST IN CASE...

The condom disappeared last night and has not been found. Since I have a bad relationship with my Doctor I do not know what to do? I do not want to get sick either.

This just happened to me last night. It was embarrassing on all possible levels, but I'm relieved to find out that I'm not alone! I would suggest that once it happens to you, get your partner to remove it for you. Sounds disgusting but, he is more capable of finding it than you are and well, that's how it worked for me. Initially, when he said it came off I figured it was on the sheets because everyone in here is right -- you can't feel a thing! But he insisted it had to be inside of me.

I wonder what causes it, just having the condom on incorrectly? I would like that to nevvver happen again.

This happened to me also just a couple of days ago.We couldnt find it and searched EVERYWHERE.Finally after we looked high and low and after i inserted my fingers in myself 20 million times,we just thought the dog had to have ate it.... :$ but just last night during forplay,my boyfriend pulled it out out me!!!!

That must have been embarrassing but I am glad that you were able to get the condom out of you! I mean it could cause a lot of issues so at least you were able to get it out before it caused a problem with your vagina, so at least take comfort in the fact that you didn't get yourself sick. I'm sure that it ruined sex though...

I'm glad i am not alone with this but my situation was far worst. I broke up with my boyfriend and had sex with some one else and a couple of days later me and my boyfriend go back together and he was playing with me and stuck his fingers deep inside me and was like something was in there, then pulled out a whole condom i was motified he knew I had lied about not being with anyone else and I had no idea that it was even there. So go to a gyno to pull it out or ask a friend to do it for you if you don't have a boyfriend. I had it in there for 2 days without even knowing it was there so you need help to remove it. needless to say we broke up again and I don't think he will ever forgive me for this. i am just glad that he was able to help me without either one of us knowing. All I can say is next time you think the condom slipped and it is missing have your partner check deep inside your vaginal before going your seperate ways.

Yeah I would say that you should definitely at least keep looking for it and not assuming it slipped off and fell on the bed. Thanks for posting your story. I know you were mortified but it's an important story...

This happened to me yesterday morning. I was having sex with my boyfriend and he said the condom had slipped off, I thought it had gone in the sheets because i couldn't feel anything inside of me, but my boyfriend was sure it was inside of me and we both even checked and couldn't find anything. Anyway, we put a new condom on and finished off, went about our day and came home to bed. This morning, I woke up and after walking around the house for a while, felt something weird in my underwear. I had a look and voila! There was the condom. I'm glad to find out it is a common occurance and I'm SO glad it ended up coming out by itself!

A disposable plastic speculum can be had for a few dollars. Perhaps one or two should be kept on hand so your beau can attempt to locate and retrieve missing objects or investigate problems if any arrise. I imagine any guy would be more than happy to help you with this...

This has happen to me & my friends before! HAS to be happening to me at the moment! But, I suggest go to the doctor, just to be Safe! ;)

My boyfriend and I were having sex, yesterday,as we would when we meet up [we're very busy doing our college work or having to go to work]
but as he was pulling away, his face was shocked and asked "where's the condom?"
i immediately looked around the bed sheets...wasn't there :O
checked around more and we both knew...it would be inside me
I panicked a lot and quickly searched inside me. I was concentrating so much on trying to feel for the condom that i was on the brink of crying
finally, having hooked onto the condom i was laughing
it felt like pulling a thread of hankies from my hole xD

we're both 20 and have experiences of sex but havent been in this situation before
last night we were worrying our asses off i felt it was partial my fault. I have a very protective family, no relationships whatsoever. some people may think it's ok to have boundaries but i didnt want to live a life with parents ruling you til you're 40 =/
anyways, this morning i went to the Chemist which was very close to where i live, and quietly asked them for morning after pill
to me it was very embarrassing because it is the first time I'm asking for it
I took the pill inside the shop [obviously] and asked them about what I would be feeling for the next few days/weeks til my next period, which is in two weeks time.
THE PILL MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER UNPROTECTED SEX also take the condom out as soon as possible, it hurts to see my boyfriend so worried in my life :'(
i would expect to feel dizzy/weak but nothing too serious, also my breasts would be a little more sensitive than usual
well...as long as i dont puke i am fine
but right now [afternoon approaching evening] i am having a little headache but i mustnt show it in front of my family

both my boyfriend and I feel bad about the situation, but because it has happened to us once it seems we have learnt our lesson and will be careful
