My Dad had a cortizone shot in the shoulder and within 3 days he had a cataract explode in his eye (which apparently it can do) and then a couple days later he got to the point where he could barely walk and is now using a walker. The only problem my dad had before this was some neuropathy in his feet and some unsteadiness in his legs that hes had for years. Ive read some really incredible reactions to cortizone shots and one that even said they lost the use of their legs. Has anyone heard of something like this happening to an older person? This is horrid. It just seems too coincidental.
