I was on Depo for the past 4 years and 2 months ago stopped due to concerns about bone health. I've just started the Micronor progestin-only pill ( 1 wk) and I've had this strange brown vaginal discharge that began a little bit before I took the 1st pill. It rarely actually comes out other than when urinating but it's just "up there". It's really thick and kind of clumpy, like apple butter. And no smell. I've had some sex between ending Depo and starting the pill but we used condoms EVERY SINGLE TIME, so I'm not sure it's a pregnancy thing. Dear Lord, I hope not. And yes, I've been taking the pill at the exact same time every night. I've had some breast tenderness and in the past couple of days, slight nausea but I'm not sure if it's just my body adjusting to the new hormone levels or what. If anyone has any advice/ ideas, please share.

Maybe you should ahve that pregnancy test done. The chances are small (from what you wrote) but still it would be wise to have that checked since you went back on birth control.
It could also be the new contraceptive, because hormones are tricky and could cause all sorts of strange symptoms but the discharge did start two months after ending first birth control and before starting the second one.
