I am 48year old man. for the past oneweek i feel discomfort while passing urine. i could feel some blockade. all these years the mouth of the peenis will be able to open with the hand and shaked so that the remaining urine will be showered . but now i am unable to do the above procedure. kindly advise me that what should i do.
