i had a shake out along with my girlfriend last week , i have got precom a lot .. recently because of improper water in take , i have got irritation while passing urine , right now i can see pus coming along with that , also i have observed blood clots and the light red color of urine came today morning.

I'm not sure what a shake out is but...
You definitely have an infection. The pain, pus, and blood are not good signs. It is either an STD or a Urinary Tract Infection. It needs to be treated now.
Go to your doctor and don't delay.
Also, no sex until you get checked. If it is an STD you could pass it along. You'll need to tell your partner too.

It has been a couple days since you've posted. I'm curious to hear if you have gotten help for your problem. It sounds quit serious so I hope that everything worked out for you.
