You haven't said much about what happened, nor when you expected your period to start, or what your cycle length is (often 28 days). So ...
- What are the start dates of your previous 6 periods (or as many as you know)?
- What date did you expect your period to start?
- What date did you lose your virginity?
- Have you had sex since?
You could take a test now, but without the above information, I couldn't say whether a negative result would be reliable yet.

The answers to the information I asked for needs clarification, so it's difficult to give much more advice as yet.
My questions and your answers, and some comments for clarification:
- What are the start dates of your previous 6 periods (or as many as you know)? You answered "5 days". That sounds like the length of your menstrual flow. I needed the 6 individual dates that each of your last 6 period flows started. I need to see the pattern of your cycle-lengths.
- What date did you expect your period to start? You said "April 20". Ok.
- What date did you lose your virginity? You said "April 20". That is the day you expected your period to start. However, 3 days ago you said you lost your virginity 2 weeks ago. That would suggest a date of around May 2. April 20 is 12 days earlier.
- Have you had sex since? You said "April 20 and after 1 week" So does that mean you had sex a second time on April 20 and then you also had sex on April 27?

If your period were due about now, then yesterday would likely have been a non-fertile day.
- What date is your period expected?
- How did you determine that date?

If 15 June were a fertile day, then there is a risk of pregnancy. Pre-cum can sometimes contain sperm, especially if there is residual sperm in his urethra from a previous ejaculation.
However, you have not indicated whether it were a fertile day. So:
- What date is your next period expected to start?
- How did you work out that date?
- What date did your previous period start (plus any others this year you know)?
- How long is your cycle usually (typically 29 days)?
- Have you found out why he didn't wear a condom?

It sometimes does get delayed, but it may depend on when in the cycle it occurred. So can you give some information?
- What were the start dates of her last 6 periods? She seems to have very short cycles. If she has her period every 20 days, it suggests that they were 17-Feb-2017; 09-Mar-2017; 29-Mar-2017; 18-Apr-2017; 08-May-2017; 28-May-2017
- What was the date you had sex?
- Did you use contraception?
- Where (and when) did you ejaculate?
- How old is she?
- When did she start having periods?

Anytime you have sex there is the possibility of pregnancy following. He doesn't have to ejaculate as some men have sperm in their pre-cum, especially if there is residual semen in his urethra from a recent ejaculation. However, if you have a typical 28-day cycle and 5-day period, the likelihood is that it wasn't a fertile day. Stress can cause a delay in a period. However, some more detail would help.

- What date did you expect your delayed period to start?
- How old are you?
- Were you feeling stressed?
