I did something stupid, I took a tablet of Fexofenadine 180mg this morning about 12:00..I forgot I aready took one and took another tablet at 7:00pm Mounten time. Am feeling gittery.. What should I do?

There have been studies with 360 mg of Fexofenadine with no reported effects. If you can, check with your pharmacist or doctor, I know it may be late.
If you do have any signs of an allergic reaction or other problem then seek medical attention immediately.
