I have a problem with HBP..last week I had an accident at work and my blood pressure was 260/180 paramedics where more concern about my blood pressure than my pain on my knee..doctor said that cortisone will help my knee pain, it is ok to have cortisione shots having high blood pressure..I had 2 TIA first one in 2001 and the second one 2003. Thank you
