how to stop watching porn sites?

I've kinda got the same problem. I'm in high school so I still need to focus on my grades too. The best thing I've found is going outside or just getting out of the house all together. I play basketball and try to go bowling or to the movies with friends. I will go on streaks where I will watch stuff for up to a month and then I make the decision or a friend calls me to get away from the iPhone or laptop. Find something you enjoy doing as far away those things as possible. Best advice I got hope it helps!

but I have to get out of porn but I did really good by just being kinda away from it but the on thing I did is to play volleyball that really helped
me to stay out of it but I still have to focus on my grades

You need to remember that everything on their is fake! It's all acting! So, limit yourself to only watching it 3 days a week (yup, that includes Saturday and Sunday!) Then, when you feel comfortable, move it down to only 2 days a week. And then, 1. Eventually, you'll stop watching porn altogether! Hope this helps!.
