Sex and sexual curiosity/needs are normal for us.Addicted to porn is better than being addicted to alcohol or drugsYou must not feel any guilt or shame! But watch porn, masturbate and learn your body to know,is the BEST you can do.

It would be a seriously good idea to reduce or stop watching porn. Make it difficult to do. Move any laptops, phone or computers out of your bedroom. Get involved in other, non sexual activities. When you masturbate make it special, set the scene and take your time to pleasure yourself in lots if different ways. Draw on fantasies from your imagination, sexy people you desire, the acts you enjoy thinking about. If you can conjure those images in your head, in your imagination, then you have control over what goes on, what turns you on. In effect you are creating your own porn movie in your head and the bonus is, you have total control of the action so you can make it just about what you enjoy, not what some porn producer thinks most men like. Porn, especially for teens, can distort your view of sexuality. There are so many distressed people on this site whose problems stem from porn. I hope that helps.

BBC3 documentary about PORNOGRAPHY and SEX EDUCATION
We are making a series of documentaries for BBC3 looking at key issues that are affecting young adult today. The first documentary is about ‘pornography and sex education’. With stories constantly in the media about the damaging affect that easier access to porn is having, we want to look behind the headlines and give young people a voice and opportunity to discuss these issues from their own point of view.
So what do you think about porn? Is it just a laugh or is it changing how you think about sex and relationships? Is porn a good way to learn how to be a better lover? How much porn is too much? Do you have a favourite porn site?
If you have strong views on pornography, sex education or ‘sexting’ we would be interested to speak with you.
We are currently in our research stage and want to speak to people with a wide range of views. All conversations will be confidential and there will be no obligation to take part in the documentary.
Please DM or Email only: Lindsey at _[removed]_ or @RoughcutTVDocs
If you are under 18 and want to comment we will need permission from your parent or guardian
before we can speak with you about these issues.
