I have really big problem. It is not easy for me to talk about it. I have sexual issues. I cant finish. Sometimes I cant even get it up. It really messes up my relationship. My girlfriend thinks that she is not exciting enough for me, she sometimes even thinks that I have some other girl. It has started two months ago and it lasts since then almost every time. It is getting worse.

You have talk to your girlfriend. You must explain her that you are having problem and that it is not because of her. Tell her that you need her support to get over it. I am sure she will help you. Then go to the urologist and check out is there something wrong. But the problem is probably in your head. It would be wise to get some professional help. You can be under a stress or your self esteem is low. If you don't react now it can go worse.
