I got my period on the 70th day!

Hi, I was so worried about my period, since I didn’t get it for 2 months. I tried pregnancy tests a few times, but all were negative in the end I thought that they must be wrong and convinced myself and everybody around I was pregnant. After 70 days I finally got menstruation. I was so confused, how is it possible to miss 2 menstruations and not be pregnant or have any other disorder. The menstrual cycle is recurring on month basis, and changes are indicationg hormon imbalances or other complications. My doctor took a look at me and declared me healthy, but in any case I had to do some more tests to make sure everything was fine. After that, I had no more such disorders.
