Hi am really really worried..am 21 and a student and really worried about becoming pregnant. I missed two of my birth control pills, then had unprotected sex, then that night came home and took a birth control pill. The day after i am having a very heavy period??..I had taken 12 of my birth control pills before missing those two, and my boyfriend did not come inside me..but could there still be a risk of becoming pregnant?????..would i have a period the day after if i was???

Usually if you miss a pill it's not a problem...you just take 2 the next time. Read the insert that should have come with your pill or google it to find out what you can expect. If you've been using the pill for several years your likelihood of becoming pregnant after missing 1 or 2 pills is decreased. Hope this helps.
