I have been having dizziness, bloating, constipation, cramping, excessive gas, and nausea now for a few months. Also a handful of times in those 3 months, I had blood surrounding my stool. I went to see my doctor and they ran a bunch of tests: such as thryoid, pregnancy, CBC, and a liver panel. Nothing was found and the symptoms stopped for a few weeks. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex, while I was taking my normal birth control Nora Be, since I don't get my period on this medication, is pregnancy a possibility or what do you think is going on?

I know this is an old question, but I found it while googling some of the symptoms I am having.I am having the same symptoms on Nora-Be, but have not gone the doctor as of yet. I have been taking pregnancy tests and all have been negative. I delivered my baby girl 7 months ago via c-section, and when I took a home pregnancy test with her it came up positive when I was 8 weeks along. I was wondering if I was, but just testing too early. It also seems I may have had a uti as well as all of these symptoms. I just drank lots of water and cranberry juice and the urge of constantly having to go to the bathroom is almost entirely gone. So my question is, where you pregnant?
