ok at the beginng of july i was about to have sex and it was unprotected and i backed out after it was already in for a min around a week later istarted having these symtoms: vaginal discharge, lower back pain, lower abdomnal pain, i missed my period but i spotted for abouta day (lightly spotted), ive been gettin hot flashes and nausea, i sleep alot more than usual, and vaginal irritation. i cant go to my parents about this becase they will freak and i am afraid to go to the doctor and i am only 17 years old. does anyoneknow what this could be ? and what can i do about this ?

You have, for the most part described early pregnancy symptoms. It would be wise to go to your local clinic or family doctor (he or she is sworn on an oath of confidentiality- can not tell your parents), and take a pregnancy test.
If pregnancy is ruled out than most walk-in clinics will perform a series of tests for STD's.
I also must ask what you meant when you stated you "blacked-out".

You did describe early pregnancy symptoms, but they wouldn't show up only a week after intercourse. If he didn't ejaculate in you then your chances are even less. Take a pregnancy test to be sure, and if you continue to have vaginal irritation you do need to go to a doctor
