I missed my Depo shot June 2,2014.I haven't had a period since I had sex two months ago and yesterday I had really bad cramps and brown discharge. Today I had clumps of brown discharge should I be worried what does this mean? This cramps are really bad. I also have sickle cell does that effect its well?
