I had an irregular period i guess thats what its called bc i stopped taking my bc pills and had to take amoxacillin for a week about my tooth and i bled for about 1 week or so and now I have a sore throat and a runny nose, and a cold... My period is 5 days late and I've had unprotected sex almost every day. Could I be pregnant?

You had "withdrawal bleeding" from when you stopped taking your birth control, a period. Your cycle is going to be a bit off and yes, there is always the chance of pregnancy. You can always take a home pregnancy test as early as two weeks after you had sex. Be sure to use your wake up pee for best accuracy.
Antibiotics will not help your cold. Colds are viruses and . Antibiotics fight bacteria.
