The age for having sex is different from land to land. Here in Norway it is 16. But two kids/youth under that age can have sex together. Illegal is it only if an adult has sex with a minor. I guess it is like that where you live also. If you have sex with a boy/girl under 16,it is all right.:-D

I guess you are just a child, sex is for adults, you could ruin your live at your early age, Think about pregnancy or STD or HIV, etc. etc. Boys of your age just try masturbation, It´s the most safe and cool way to get fun.
