4 INCHES I guess it's a normal size, many guys stop growing just with 4 inches, People are different, somebody have big penis like 7, 8, 9 inches but majority have 4 maybe 5 or 6 inches. There are condoms for penises at 4-5 inches you can buy, so that is no problem. But at the age of 13, are you mentally prepared to have sex. One thing is sexual, curiosity, another thing are sexual needs.Wait one more year ,least, I suppose you wont regret it.
