i only have 1 testicle and my mom told me somthing like people with 1 testicle could still have children but can only have girls and not boys. does anyone know anything about this? or knows of anyone with 1 testicle who does have a son?

Well it all has to do with genes, a guy has x and y chromosomes while a women has xx. You still can produce sperm with on testicle and you can still produce x and y chromosomes. It no way is that correct. It all has to do with the punnet square. With less sperm being made with on testicle the probabilty may be smaller but its still possible. It could be smaller for a girl or for a boy. It all just depends. Dont worry about it.
