I have two sons, one is very problematic and he has been doing some jail time so you can imagine how concerned I am. He is out now, but his behavior did not change much. Some friends told me that he might be suffering from antisocial disorder and that 78% of all prisoners have that condition? Is that true?

Unfortunately, yes. Antisocial disorder might be treated with psychotherapies and meds. If you want for your son to avoid further problems in his life, then you will have to start with some treatments, including both sessions and drugs. But for that, he should visit a doctor and I hope you will not have any problems persuading him to do it.
