Because of health insurance and the price of Birth Control without any coverage i wasn't able to afford my birth control this month. It's been about a week or two after my period and i am experiencing cramping as i would if it was the week of my period. could this mean anything else besides my body adjusting to not taking my birth control anymore??

It is probably just because you said - stopping b/c and adjusting to it i certainly wouldn't worry yourself over it
Have you tried getting your b/c from your local low cost/free clinic such as planned parenthood every area has one?
