my penis skin bridge is filled up with skin

hi all im 15 years old and i got a 5.8 inch penis but i have a skinbridge kinda but istead of ther being a gap under the bridge mines filled up with skin and whats even better is that if i peel back the forskin it tougs and pulls on my pee hole and that theres an vane thats in the thin layerd skin under the bridge i havent had any sexual things happen to me cause my embarrassment of haveing this and its giving me grief so plz gimmi advise to work with,i would prefer it have a solution with out involving my father or the doctor but if absolutely nessacery i will plz and thank you
