i was erected and by some reason my penis pop, at first I felt pain for 1 day but after that the pain went away easily. But now its been a month or so and my balls are blue , I feel no pain in anything and I just want it to go away soon. Can someone please explain to me what I have and help me get it away?

I URGE you to see a urologist - NOW. You may have a penile fracture, they can happen. Without an exam we can only guess.
If it is a fracture it can cause a hemotoma, bleeding under the skin, that make the testicles appear blue. The problem is the fracture - if there is one it won't heal by itself and can lead to erectile problems in the future.

I second medic-dan's post. A "popping" sound from an erect penis is definitely something that needs to be examined by a urologist to rule out something serious, such as a penis fracture.
