I want to get off of Lexapro...I know I can't just quit. My system will freak. I've heard so much about SAM-e and want to start taking SAME-e...to build up my system,, while I begin tapering my dosage of Lexapro...very, very gradually. I'm really sensitive. I have a good plan for discontinuing the meds but I really want help with naturally building up my system concurrently.  I can really tell if I forget a dose of Lexapro and can't afford to pay that price of feeling anxious, etc. Does anyone have any experioence with SAM-e while discontinuing LExapro or any other Antidepressant? Any other tips!!??
