I got a cortizone shot in each shoulder and a few days later statred feeling unwell. Eleven days later started period, been 12 days now. When l eat, l.start feeling sick within half hour. Ive had a slight sore throat and get headaches easily. I rarely get headaches, one beer caused a 12 hr headache that nothing but time eased. Why don't drs let women know this and let them decide if the shot is worth the risk. I will not get another one. My husband also suffers with my mood swings as well as no sex during this avoidable time. If the drs went thru this too they would not just giving these without informing patient of possible NEGATIVE effects.
