Tylenol doesn't have ibuprofen in it....wow..think before you speak....Motrin has ibuprofen. Tylenol has acetaminophen. Nyquil only has acetaminophen in it. Not ibuprofen

Ive been rather feverish and been taking advil and dayquil out the ying yang. I feel alright although im kind of a m***n so i wouldnt take what i say to seriously but im pretty sure that if you take 6 advil and 4 dayquil tablets throughout the day youll be chill although doctors dont reccomend taking more than six advil in 24 hours doctors also dont reccomend alcohol and a bunch of other fun sh*t that people do all the time. So in conclusion f**k the medical field and just do it its prob a scam anyways.
