Hi! Sometimes I have very strong headaches. I’ve never been to doctor because of that. Usually I take some drug to kill a pain. I prefer ibuprofen but naproxen is also can help me. My friends advised me to use aspirin or acetaminophen. Please, can you tell the difference between ibuprofen, acetaminophen, naproxen and aspirin? Thanks!

Well, as you can suppose all of them are effective painkillers. Ibuprofen, naproxen and aspirin are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and they treat the symptoms of pain and inflammation. Acetaminophen is an analgesic and antipyretic. Any of them works on different way and can cause various side effects. Only you know what is best for you.
