Hi, im 21 and I recently started the birth control patch two weeks ago. I am currently having really intense abdominal pain. Its just on one side (left) and I just ending my period a week ago. I've read about the side effects of the patch and this wasnt one of them. What could this be?

It's really hard to say what it could be although it is possible that the patch is causing that sort of issue. I know that they may not mention it as a side effect but it's just because your period has ended and you just started that makes me wonder if that's the cause. Are you able to see your doctor about this? I would highly recommend it. Keep us posted, okay?
