Hi there! I think that after a longer time of taking a certain drug, a person develops physical dependence, which means that the person's body adapts to the drug. When this person stops taking the drug suddenly, withdrawals occur. The most common symptoms are muscle aches, watery nose and eyes, irritability, sweating, and diarrhea. Now, I don’t know what kind/if of reactions body makes with psychological addiction.
