I had sex five week's ago, with a condom and i have been on birthcontrol for a few years now. I got my period the day after we had sex, and then a week after my period i started spotting and having heavy breakthrough bleeding, it was as heavy as my period. I went to get a tested by a doctor to make sure i wasn't pregnant last Tuesday, and it came out negative. My breakthrough bleeding stopped 5 days ago. I was so pose to start my period yesterday, but no bleeding what so ever. My boyfriend fingered me a few times yesterday and i bled alil from him fingering me. And now today still no bleeding. I dont take placebo pills, i just stop taking the pill for 5 days so my period will start. But now im concerned why no period has started. Could the bleeding I had a week before my period was due, be an early period? Is it normal to miss a period on birthcontrol and not pregnant? I took an at home pregnancy test yesterday morning that came out negative too just in case to make sure.

I'm on birth control the depovera shot I don't have a period till the end of my three months when I need to get another shot. Then when I get my shot a few days later my period stops it can be possible now the spotting after him fingerings you idk about that never happened to me before. But I think you'll be OK. Someone told me he could be fingering. You too hard. But I never have a period till the end of my three months before all my shot I'll be on my next shot next month and I'm starting to spot and I'm not pregnant.
