I had my coil taken out to get pregnant 3 years ago and we concieved within 3 months which was great .I had another one put in when my son was 8 weeks old and recently had that one taken out to try for another baby . My problem is my periods had nearly stopped with the coil i was wondering how long it takes for your periods to come back (i had it taken out nearly 4 weeks ago and i still have not had a period is it best to wait until i have my first period before we start trying for a baby :-D

They are very light and I know this is because of the merina. If I would have known the things I know about the Merina now, I would have never even put it in. I put mine in two months after my little girl was born which was about 2 and a half years ago. SInce then I have experienced severe depression, hair loss, and acne. It s only been a little over a week but I can already see the difference in my physical appearance and mood swings. Now I have to worry about the monthly cyle occurring twice a month. My doctor told me to wait a month to see what happens and then she would re-evaluate me. How long did it take for you to become normal again?
