I had got menses on 13th of october and I had intercourse on 29th of oct I had taken contraceptive pills after intercourse .I got my menses on 14th of november . But its 16th of december today and i have not yet got my menses. Does it mean i am pregnant? Please help me out I am reallly worried

Hi, I am 20 years old I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis in two separate places in my pelvic cavity and I have herd so much bad things about this, I sat down and talked to my GYN about my options and she states going on injection hormone treatments until I decide to have kids then after have a hysterectomy, or to go ahead and get pregnant. I have been off birth control about two months now and me and my boyfriend (of 4 years) have been having unprotected sex, I would assume the if i did not have complications with getting pregnant, I would be by now?
