Hi. I am a 51 years old man and I had an accident two months ago. I was driving at a normal speed when the other car came into our lane. We crashed, and thank god, nobody died. But I broke a leg, both arms, and a few ribs. After two months, I feel much better (I am a fast healer). That is why I think that maybe I don't have to go to physical therapy. Is it a must?

Well, if you do feel good, than perhaps, you don't really have to have physical therapy. However, that is on the doctor to decide. It can't hurt you to try, and it can only help. The best solution is to go on few appointments, and learn the exercises for physical therapy, and then practice them at home or at the gym. In any case, if you want to recover you must have some intense physical training. Be sure about that. Good luck with recovering.
