Hello, I was hoping that someone here can help me understanding what the positive ANA test means? Is there a reason for worrying? I talked to some of my friends and they told me that it means that I have Lupus. Is it true?

As denoblev has already sad positive ANA test could mean various things. Yes, I can understand that you are worried that you are suffering from some terrible and incurable condition because most of the autoimmune conditions simply don’t have the cure because it is not known what is causing them.
But it can also mean that you are suffering from something very simple and treatable so try not to stress yourself out because of nothing. Stress can make things even worse. It has been scientifically proven that stress is killer number one if you don’t take care of yourself the way you should.
