prozac and sex drive

Since I have been on Prozac I notice that it is extremely hard for me to have an orgasm. Will this change? Also I a low sex drive.

I'm a 37 year woman and have been taking prozac for over a year now. I have found it to have a very positive effect on my libido. It's through the roof most of the time now. I had a healthy sex life before but was never into it like I am now. I can't help thinking about it and tend to gush, which I never experienced before. Unfortunately my other half takes sertraline and has the complete opposite effect on him and his lost his libido completely! It's a difficult situation to be in but i'm living in hope that he gest better and we can go back to amazingly midn blowing sex again!

Hi my name is Bobby I am 33 yrs old and I have been taking 20mg of Prozac for 15 days now I can't get off during sex, it has become very frustrasting for myself and my lady, she feels like its her, and I try to convince her that its not, but she doesnt seem to believe me, will I ever get off using Prozac? Any suggestions??? I really need some!!!

I am a female 29 yrs old. I recently started Prozac about 2 weeks ago. Before I was on Cymbalta for depression and anxiety.. Cymbalta killed my sex drive and my ability to have an orgasm. After taking Prozac I have a much higher sex drive and my orgasms +++ are out of this world... It's unbelievable...

I'm on 20mg of. Prozac and my libido is through the roof. I have been on antidepressants most of my life and it has had a negative impact on my sex life until now. I'm currently on 300mg of Wellbutrin and maybe the combination is helping. Either way, I'm not complaining.

I have been on Prozac 60mg for about 6 months and while I still have a sex drive it’s not as “intense?” Like “oh yeah we can have sex, that will be fun and it’s nice” when before it was like “I need you now”. The one thing I am unhappy with is it’s basically impossible for me to climax. Even when I know I want to? It’s like my body won’t let me. I have a difficult time climaxing in the beginning however it could happen.

I was currently taking Celexa for about 3 yrs and my sex drive was non existent!!! I talked to my doctor and he switched me to Prozac about 5 weeks ago.... my sex drive is through the roof..... it’s all I want .... I’m a 47 yr old female and I’ve never been like this even in my younger days! It also helps me tremendously with anxiety..... I don’t have depression at all.... I take 20mg a day ;) but remember all
Medications effect everyone differently....
