Hey im 13 and i have those veins showing around my nipple area, as well as my bikini area.. I also have some veins showing on my legs. It might just be because my skin is really thin, or my veins are really close to my skin, but it is really embarrassing and uncomfortable. Any ideas on how to make it better? Help please!

Im 14 and it looks like i have purplr veins on my nipple, i have already started my oeriod and they dont look like stretch marks so i dont think it is a part of puberty or that my breasts are growing to fast. Im really worried and i also have a lump in both my breasts under my nipple and they are almost the same size as my berast im not sure what they are for but if anyone can reassure me that i dint have breast cancer or something but if these are symptoms what should i do?
