I've been on Wellbutrin XL 300mg for 2 days and 100mg topamax. I've taken topamax before but never Wellbutrin. The only side effect I am having is nausea from the Wellbutrin. It last all day. I force myself to eat. As long as I sip on water I'm ok. How long will this last and is there anything I can do to help ease this?
