I am 52 year old, female. I suffer from spondyliosis. I am physical therapy at the moment. I am afraid that I am going to end up in wheel chair one day. I have no family to take care of me. Is this conservative treatment of spondyliosis successful?

As far as I know it is very successful, between 70%-80 %. Pain and other symptoms of sponyliosis can be effectively treated without surgery. I have a friend with spondyliosis. Beside the physical therapy he was on anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants. He changed his life style completely and he is doing fine. He lost some weight, quit smoking and he even changed occupation.
