I have suffered with thyroid conditions since I was in my late 20's, first it was Hyperthyroid and then in later years it has been hypothyroid. My levels do not stay level and I have had some recent health issues..heart attack. The Dr. put me on metopriol and I nearly lost my mind my depression got so bad. After months of questioning everyone i cam in contact with finally a nurse discovered if i had ever had Hperthyroid I should not be taking this med. within 2 days of discontinueing it I was better and within two weeks I was more like my old self. In recent months I have gradually been getting more depressed until the last few have gotten almost unbearable. I had blood work done and the Dr. just said everything was normal and threw pills at me. I have been on Zoloft for a number of years lately 100mg. The Dr. gave me wellbutrin but it really seems I get more agitated when I take it, I've been on it for 7 days. Does anyone have any suggestions. I do have an appointment with a Reproductive Endocrinologist March 9.

Like you said, you have been in the mess of pills that, from what you describe, don't really work - yoour depression is still there or even getting worse. You are only taking Wekllbutrin for 7 days, so it is still a little early for it to start "working" and if you have stopped the Zoloft (like you should have) before starting Wellbutrin, well, than you are experiencing what is known SSRi withdrawal syndrome, especially because you have been on a such a large dose of Zoloft fr so long (SSRIs are the group of depression medications that both Zoloft and Wellbutrin fit into).
